What it involves
Support built around your day.
Visiting care fits around an existing routine and support network. Calls can be arranged in the morning, at lunchtime, in the afternoon, at teatime, or at bedtime, or any combination. The minimum visit is 30 minutes, and short 30 or 45-minute calls are available for focused tasks such as a medication prompt or a bedtime check-in.
We aim to match each client with a small, consistent team of carers so there are always familiar faces, and so carers notice any changes quickly.
